Okay, this is my first fanfic ever. If it isn't that good, I'm sorry, I'm still new at this. I'll try to post a chapter (part) any time I'm on.

Part 1: The process

Two people are in a blue room with many computers and other high tech. stuff. "So ma'am. How much longer do you want to keep him here?" a man said. "For as long as he needs to be in there." a woman answered. "But keeping a person in this situation for this long is dangerous, for anyone." the man said, concerned. "I don't care!" the woman shouted. "I don't want him to feel anymore pain!" The man let out a deep breath. "Look. We'll keep him in here for as long as we can, but someday he will find out about all this."

Part 2: The lie

"Hey, Atticus! Do you want to go to the arcade later?" John, Atticus friend asked. "No thanks. I have something to do. Maybe some other time!" Atticus shouted back. Atticus was walking towards his house in the afternon. "Man. I'm totally swamped with homework today. I don't think I'll ever be done." Atticus said to himself. He stepped in front of his door. He unloked the door and opened it. "I'm home!" Atticus shouted. "Well its about time! I was starting to get bored playing cards with your sister." Atticus's mother said. "I'm sorry." Atticus put his stuff on the floor. "Are you hungry?" Atticus's mother asked. "No thanks mom. I'm going to go to my room now." Atticus went inside his room and locked the door. He turned on the light that was on his desk. "Well, its time to get started."
