I'm assuming you use Paint or a similar program then? I think you should download another free graphics program (like GIMP) and try out some tutorials on it.

Ah, okay, well I think you should consider getting GIMP instead because it's widely regarded as the closest thing you can get to Photoshop for free. It has many of the same tools and you can do some great stuff in it; plus sig tutorials are a lot easier to find for GIMP.

xDDD Well, the only way to improve is by setting your standards higher, which a complex program is useful for.

Yeah, having a better program helps so much. xDD I recommend Paintshop Pro for beginners, but it isn't free, unless you try out the free 30 day trial.
