60 Minute Original TV Movies

Now rumor has it that there were suppose to be three 60 minute TV movies, but they got cancelled or rather transformed into three 60 minute ORIGINAL TV Movies.

If the rumors are true, just what could these movies be about? Something tells me that 2009 is going to be a year filled with mini series and specials awaiting the the cycle to begin once again with Shyamalan.

I haven't founded the original source yet, but if you Google or Yahoo "Avatar 60 minute TV movie" I am sure you will find a list of websites that have this rumor. I did this morning.

I think if they had anything major planned it would have been revealed at Comic Con, so anything solid probably can't be confirmed this early.

Avatar is probably done for 2008. If anything, the movies, the mini-series, and the live action films would be announced sometime during 2009.

Either way, I hope we get a special about the invasion force during the Comet's arrival. They completely left us hanging on what was going on since The Southern Raiders.
