Our absolute favorite all-American topic! Whether you believe in nature versus nurture theory or not, I find homosexual quite natural; I mean, we're not the first species to get a little curious. Plenty of other animals engage in homosexual activity, so why are humans so narrow minded when two people of the same gender are in love?
And if you believe that marriage is a sacred promise between two people of the opposite sex, that's perfectly fine; I hold that to be very true. After all, isn't that the natural way to define a marriage? But, technically, marriage is a vow between a man and a woman and a woman and a woman and a woman, according to the early bible. Wrap your brain around that.
If that was too much of a mouthful to read, ultimately, I'm all for gay marriage.

It is a great thing to have many wives. Damn useful, too. ;D Yeah, if you ask me, marriage is the sacred union of two souls who want to be bound to each other forever for all eternity because they love each other THAT MUCH. and who is anyone to say that two people can't express that love because they happen to be the same gender? people like to argue and say that the Bible says homosexuality is bad or whatever, but wasn't the whole point of Jesus' message NOT just to act on the literal word, but the spirit of the message as well? love your neighbor, love your enemies, love fucking everyone! in which case...treat your gay neighbor the same as you would like to be treated yourself. so you're straight, and you like having the right to get married to the person you love, shouldn't you want the same rights for a gay person? and people who think that allowing gay marriage is, like, you're going to hell, psh. if God is love, i HIGHLY doubt he's sending Lance Bass, Clay Aiken, and Ellen de Generes (whose wife is GORGEOUS, by the way!) to HELL for having a, so much love in their hearts for another human being, and b, the courage to express their love in a society where more often than not it's frowned upon. so . phew! that was quite a rant.

A rant with a really good point. I totally agree, people who are gay are just like other people, but, y'know, they've got the hots for the same gender. I don't see why they're deprived of the right to marry the people that they love. Who are we, as mere human beings, to take away the right for someone to get married?
Anyone else hear that New Jersey might legalize gay marriage?
