So did Katara's fortune come true? I mean at the end of the series, Aang was a pretty powerful bender. Did Wu predict the fight between Ozai and Aang?

Technically speaking, it didn't. It was predicted that they'd be married, so whether or not it's going to be fulfilled is yet to be determined.

Well it's pretty obvious that they are going too, so basically it did.
Also just curious, they mentioned something about Aang wearing adult monk clothes. So I take it as once an Air Nomad does something good for the world, they become an adult or they do something mature?

Well it's pretty obvious that they are going too, so basically it did. Wow, someone's jumping the gun. Way to rush Aang's childhood. The whole outfit shift to monk garbs was probably a symbol that his entire journey and feat were a massive leap into adulthood. Not to mention all of his other clothing was obliterated.

Rush Aang's childhood? That was basically this entire series. Kind of the whole lost of innocents thing. Still nothing new as many others did this before. They didn't really have a childhood because of what they needed to do.

Where do you not see Aang being a kid? The whole big thing was that Aang never conceded, and even though he had a massive burden, he was still a child, both mind and heart. Technically speaking, yeah, he's tackled all of his fears, and thus, he's regarded as more adult-like, but he's a child, maybe a young teenager at the most. He's still got some growing up to do.
