"Cause Sensei's paranoid." R.E.F.U. said sarcasm.

"YOU'D BE PARANOID TOO IF PEOPLE ARE CONSTANTLY FOLLOWING YOU AROUND!"

Then the little girl in the doctor's arms began toget restless as she wriggled out of his arms and started running towards the "stalker".

[Beebs]

"See, what did I tell you?" Kaido said with a proud look on his face, "That's probably her mother. Now, don't you feel a little silly?" He shot a big grin at Shouei.

[zukobaby]

"NO! STAY AWAY!" the person pushed the girl over andshe began to cry.

Seeing this, R.E.F.U. came to the little girl's rescue and sneered at the blue haired follower. "Hey, what was that all about? You just pushed a little girl!"

[Beebs]

OOC: God-mod much...

OOC: How am I God-Moding?

OOC: Blue-haired follower...Dawn isn't even spying on them yet..

OOC: Its not Dawn. -_-;;

OOC: My mistake then, but you're the one who changed from blonde, to blue, so what am I supposed to think?

OOC: I thought it was Dawn at first, but then you said it wasn't and... Eh, lets just get back to the rpg.

The blue haired stalker, who was a boy around 12 gruffed. "Leave me alone, I can do whatever I want."

"Even to a little girl?"

"She's my sister."

[Beebs]

Kaido's face turned pale, the a deep shade of red, as he nervously said, "So I was wrong. Heh...I mean, brother, mother, what's the difference right? Hahahaha...yeah....I'll just be....over here...." He hung his head low and flopped onto the ground near the edge of the area where everyone stood.

"That STILL doesn't give you the right to be mean to her though." R.E.F.U. said to the boy as he tried to comfort the little girl.

"What does it matter anyways? She's just a deformed, retarded kid that just causes trouble for me."

[Beebs]

"Hey!" Kaido exclaimed, now taking an active part in all of this, "Don't speak about her that way. It's not her fault she's different. It doesn't make her any less of a person. If anything, her uniqueness makes her special, better than everyone around her because she can appreciate things others take for granted. Being different doesn't have to be hard, but people considered normal that are around her will make it that way. In that respect, being normal is greatly overrated."

"Hmph." The boy turned away.

Shouei was observing the whole thing. "Something tells me that you don't really hate your sister like you try to make it out to be."

"What do you mean?"

"You were following us; you must have SOME concern for your sister."

The boy was feeling some guilt now. "The other kids would tease me for having a sister who was a result of Pikadon radiation. I got so annoyed that I told my sister to go away... but I didn't think she'd actually try to do it. Its too late now; she probably hates me."

"I wouldn't be too sure."

Shouei pointed to the little girl who was hugging the boy around the waist. The boy saw this and wrapped his arms around the little girl with tears in his eyes.

"Gomen nasai, Onee-chan. I'll be a better brother to you; I promise."

OOC: Aww, touching.

[Beebs]

Kaido smiled at the seen, then turned his head and frowned, thinking o himself, "Sometimes I forget the innocence of a child. What can seem harsh and cruel to us can be just a mistake made by someone who doesn't know any better. I need to choose my words more carefully next time. Reasoning with someone as young as that can be more difficult than an adult, if only because of the unexpected simplicity of it all."

Shouei smiled. "Come on, lets go."

R.E.F.U. tagged along. "Wow. You handled that well back there with those two."

"Use to have a kid of my own once."

[Beebs]

"Used to?" Kaido curiously asked, as a slight sense of shock hit him when he figured out what Shouei most likely meant. He lowered his head in sorrow, uttering, "Oh..."

"He and his mother were both taken away in the war. I still think about them from time to time." Shouei sighed.

R.E.F.U. took his hand. "You have a family with us."

[Beebs]

Kaido smiled and nodded, adding, "Yeah...I know I haven't known you very long, but I feel like we, all of us have a connection; a destiny."

[zukobaby]

"I'm not much of a religious man..." Shouei admited, "however, that doesn't mean I don't feel that SOMETHING might be playing on our side."

R.E.F.U. on the other hand got quiet. "I was created in a lab to be a weapon. Is my destiny to hurt people?"

Shouei sighed and put his hand on R.E.F.U.'s shoulder. "You're a free man now; your destiny is whatever you make of it."

R.E.F.U.'s head perked up a bit. "Then... I WANNA BE A ROBOT!"

Shouei groaned and smacked his head.

Meanwhile, Dawn peered from the corner of a building, observing the scene that played out. She cocked her head to the side and viewed the files she had received from the general. She read the text about a project called R.E.F.U. and looked at the green-haired boy in the group. "R.E.F.U., huh?", she thought to herself, continuing to read the file, "Wow, he has some neat abilities. Uh oh...'Advanced Hearing?' Yikes, better be quiet then." She ducked back behind the brick wall with a thud, breathing in chalk from the brick. She soon developed the urge to sneeze and couldn't contain it.

"Uhchoo! Fwatchoo!! ATCHOOOOOO!!!"

She stomped her feet on the ground and threw her arms wildly, exclaiming, "Darn these allergies! Urgh!!" She quickly covered her mouth with her hands, realizing the volume of her voice, slamming her eyes shut, and thinking, "Oh man...I'm such a dummy."
