Defientely one of my favourite episodes ever. This had some good story devolpment, even though it could fall under the category of Filler And Iroh finally spoke. Plus Roku rulez.

Yep, Avatar Roku is the most powerful bender I've ever seen.

The twist with Zuko's lineage was a shocker. Didn't see that coming! XDD Not one of my favorite episodes, but it was good, nonetheless.

This has to be one of the BEST episodes of Avatar ever created.
I love how it let you take a look at the past, and not only that, gave you a new way to look at Sozin. I always thought he was a cruel, power-hungry bastard, but he really did not start out a bad person; in fact, his war had "good" intentions.
I love thwe part where Aang farts... XD too priceless.

Season three is really beginning to grow on me, it did have some very good episodes. The Awakening was differently a good start and The Headband was really cool. The Avatar and The Firelord and The Day of Black Sun were all really good. Not to mention The Firebending Masters.

This episode was alright. The only thing that made it good was the plot twists it contained. The way it was presented could have been better, imo.

I could never get over this episode. This must be my favorite episode of the series and it wishes there could be a mini series between Sozin and Roku.
