Set up your site for exchanges. Banner exchanges are an exchange of your affiliate banners in each other's tables. Member is signing up for each other's forums. And Post is exchange a post for post thing, like if one person posts 50 times on your forum, you post 50 times on theirs. Start your own thread, then people who reply can tell you which exchange they want to do. You can limit exchanges to one type or to all. Up to you. Post in this thread with any questions.
Now here is the rules with affiliating with other people's forums:
1) Please don't PM members when they desperately want affies, member,s posts, etc. just create a thread.
2) don't post a title of like "My forum's affiliates", just put down, "affiliate with me". So we staff won't get confused with that you want to affiliate with this site.
3) Also please post some rules of what your restrictions are so you don't get lots of replies from other people that you don't want
4) If someone has declined your offer, don't take it personally. That can get your thread locked and you get a warning.
5) If a member wishes to exchange with you in a abusive manner like:
please don't accept. It is very nasty and not nice so please don't do it
6) Your sites must follow the Proboards Terms Of Service or we lock the thread since we cannot have the admins of those forums trying to exchange their site that has copied other sites or has porn on it.
7) Also you must be the main admin or some other staff member who has the power to accept exchanges. If you are just a ordinary member of a forum, the thread will be locked
8) If you want to add some rules and guidelines for exchanging please do since you might get fed up with people trying to exchange with you and you are bored with it
