In this unique Role Play, you are given an unlimited number of characters to choose from and more stories than you can imagine!
A unknown force has opened a Vortex in every dimension in all of existence, which has transported anyone that has come into contact with it into a new universe with a mysterious past. Together, these beings must unite to discover what exactly the reason for all of this is. What would happen if characters from movies, television, comics, games, etc. were to collide? You decide!
The twist: no original characters will be accepted! In this Role Playing universe, you are allowed to choose from ANY character from ANYTHING to play as! (That being said, you may at any time write for NPC's.)
Standard RP rules apply, as posted in the Role Playing Board Directory.
The procedure for signing up and playing is very easy. Simply post the character you wish to play as in the Sign Up thread, then go simply choose and world thread and start your adventure, no approval required! (However, if your character is reviewed and deemed Unacceptable, then all posts with that character shall be modified/removed. Simply choose realistic characters and you should be fine.)
World Threads are non-pinned threads in this board that represent various worlds in the new dimension every character has been brought to. You are allowed to join an existing thread or even create your own! Worlds act on their own, meaning events that happen in one thread don't affect the other, unless you specifically wish for it to. This also means you can use the same character in every thread if like, at the same time! There's no need to travel from one thread to the next. (You can, however, travel if you like.) New and individual journeys can occur in each and every thread so let your imaginations run wild!
When creating a world thread, the first post should contain a description for the world, such as physical and special attributes, setting, and atmosphere. Anything else you like can be included too.
Obviously, if a character has already been claimed by someone else, you can not be them too. Trading is allowed between members, via PM. Simply post in the sign up thread which characters have been exchanged.
