Again, I raped this of Avatar Goodies. XDD This infamous role play was once a huge success that made its way into three seasons, and those who participated in it still have its memories lodged in their heads. So, here's the prologue!
Of everything that was once lost, their hope for the future was all that truly remained. The River Water Tribe was a once thriving community living on the same continent the Earth Kingdom resided. Some of the world's most gifted waterbenders called the River Water clan their own, and for three centuries, the tribe lived in a long era of peace with the rest of the world. However, as the years progress, the neighboring Earth King desired the much coveted land of the small Water Nation, and they, ultimately, unleashed a campaign of violent attacks upon the unsuspecting tribe. The results were catastrophic, leaving less than a handful of survivors in the dust. Fifteen years later, the once strong River Water Tribe has barely survived, and its way of life is dying. Its last hope lies in the hands of the persistent and hopeful youth who, at the time of the great invasion, were in their days of infancy. While they cannot recall the true glory that their home once was, their dreams of restoring the nation are strong... Here's the CS: Name: Age: Gender: Bender or Nonbender: Weapon: (If any) Appearance: Biography/History: The character limit is three in this RP. We'll start once we have five characters.

OOC: Wait, are th River tribes like the Foggy Samp tribes or are they a little less "redneck"? From what Liamane has told me, they're very normal, not redneck at all. xDD I kind of imagine them like more civilized Native Americans? Don't quote me on that though. Name: Sakiko Age: 17 Gender: Female Bender or Nonbender: Bender Weapon: Baton-like rod that stores water Appearance: Tall, slender, with flowing brunette hair and deep, sparkling blue eyes. Appears naive and innocent at first glance, but is truly much more. She wears a simple blue dress and white sandals. Has a seashell necklace that was given to her by her mother. Biography/History: Born in a small oceanic island tribe, Sakiko was raised until the age of two by her mother and father, but an invading force caused them to leave their home. Her mother was killed in a battle and her father moved her to the River Tribe. Soon after, however, the tribe was attacked, leaving her father in a coma, which he remains in now. She is strong-willed, persistent, and courageous when need be, but at times can be fragile and soft-spoken. Name: Toru Age: 16 Gender: Male Bender or Nonbender: Nonbender Weapon: Dagger Appearance: Tall and muscular, with messy jet black hair, which is sometimes held in place by a blue sash, and kind, yellow-toned eyes. Has a tough appearance. He wears a slightly teal-colored, button shirt, with dark brown pants held up by a thick tan belt and metal sandals that cut out around the heel. (Kinda like Balthier's) Biography/History: Toru's father was once the leader of the prosperous River Water tribe, but all of that changed after they were attacked many years ago. His mother, a fierce personality, left afterward to try to convince the Earth Kingdom to allow them to rebuild and remain in peace with one another; she has not been seen since. His father still retains some leadership within the shattered colony, but feels he is partly responsible for their downfall. Toru is determined to help restore glory to the tribe.

Name: Lash Age: 30 Gender: Male Bender or Nonbender: Bender Weapon: None Appearance: He is tall but still slightly bulky. He has his dark brown hair tied in a bun. He wears a of gray and blue outfit that raps around his body. He also has a hood but only uses it when he's in enemy territory. Biography/History: Lash was a nomad, not an air nomad but a waterbending nomad who liked to travel a lot. When he found the River Water Tribe being attacked he helped buy off some time to allow villagers to escape. He still travels with them determined to assist in reviving the tribe. He was raised poorly and ran away from home at age 13. He has a strong attitude and does not cooperate very easily.

Well, seeing how this has gone on for so long without starting, I'm going to remake my characters. We can start afterward. Feel free to join in, new people.
Name: Jing Age: 19 Gender: Male Bender or Nonbender: Bender Weapon: A hand knife worn on his outer thigh. Appearance: Rugged and brash, Jing's dark brown hair is usually unkempt, but with his lengthy hair tied back, he looks like an entirely different person. His sky blue eyes reflect an untame, wild spirit, and his fit, bulky body often proves to be a formidable match for rivals. He wears a sleeveless blue tunic with tan pants. Jing often wraps his forearms in a white cloth. Biography/History: Left an orphan after the siege, he was to fend for himself as he grew up in the village without a pair of parents. He's made it quite clear that his true purpose is not to restore the tribe; rather, he hopes to see the day that he can strike down the forces that took the lives of his parents. While tragedy lies in his past, Jing's history fails to impair his sense of humor.
Name: Tuktu Age: Male Gender: 15 Bender or Nonbender: Nonbender Weapon: None Appearance: By nature, Tuktu is exceptionally neat. His light brown hair is always modestly tied back, and his livid blue eyes are often clouded with judgement. Unlike his other tribesmen, his skin is rather pale in comparison. For his age, he is meek and very slender. He wears a white tunic beneath a blue jacket, and his navy pants and boots completely cover his legs. Biography/History: Born to a widowed mother just days after the tribe's demise, Tuktu's birth was a symbol of renewal for the tribe. As a child, he was often told that his father was a mighty warrior, but Tuktu's tender physique and small size hinder his abilities to fight. In many ways, his mother takes blame for such.
