++Blood Rises++
A twist of fate;;
They couldn't live together anymore. He (Elliot Stabler) loved his family, but once again his wife served him with divorce papers, this time permanently. Visitation rights would be allowed, but he was forced to leave. Before the divorce however, he had a one night stand with his partner (Olivia Benson), of course, his wife didn't know, and that wasn't the reason behind the divorce. It was said that her conceiving would be almost impossible, but apparently she was able to conceive. A child born, a girl (Francesca Benson), the mother dancing around the subject with her partner, tempting to lie about the child. At age three, the child was kidnapped by a woman who had murdered her own child, and in a desperate attempt to replace her before her trip to New York was over, she had to replace her daughter. The kidnapper (Emma Swann), had been watching Fran, noticing that Fran looked so much like her deceased daughter (Samantha Swann) whom she beat to death hours beforehand.
The twisted plot;;
So Emma Swann took Fran, a three year old. Because her own daughter Sam had been born prematurely, she looked like she was only three, when she was in fact six years old. Emma beat Fran's memories out of her and claimed that Fran had fallen down the stairs. Olivia had been video taping Fran playing at the park on a tripod, she had received a call from her partner about some information from a case. When she looked up, Fran was gone. She frantically looked everywhere for her daughter, but couldn't find her. Looking at the tape, she knew she had one lead, a woman (Emma Swann). Of course, she wouldn't be able to find anymore information for 13 years.
A new day begins;;
Fran was then raised to be Samantha Swann. Fran had been abused as a child by Emma when her husband wasn't home. Faith, her other daughter was never subjected to the horrors of child abuse however. Samantha (Fran) was taken in along with Faith, by Emma's in-laws, before the divorce of Emma and Kevin. Samantha was then raised by her so called grandparents. Samantha graduated high school at age 20 believing that she had learning disabilities (but she was just taking classes that were too hard for her). Samantha then went to the Art Institute in Nevada taking Digital Photography. Meanwhile, Emma had remarried and had 4 more children with her new husband. She had killed two of her children, Olivia seeing the woman, recognized her from the tapes. She and her partner flew to Nevada to question the woman who had taken Fran. What will they find out? Will Fran go willingly with her real family? If so, will Fran and Olivia get along, or will Fran's defense mechanism of her being a smart-mouthed teen prevent Olivia from getting close to her daughter?
(Note: After main plot, other cases can proceed normally)
