I am kind of getting excited about The Sims 3, however I still think I'd be happy with The Sims 2 Apartment Life coming out August or September. I have been wanted apartments in the game for long now, ever since The Sims Makin' Magic.
However the new seamless neighborhood is cool and the fact that they making it able to run on even slower or older computers is cool. There is even an option to choose rather a small neighborhood or a large one. However everyone is getting the same neighborhood. At least until the Neighborhood Editor is released.
There are a lot of features that are changing even thought this game feels like an updated Sims 2. Including the classic motives gameplay. You now have only four motives. Recovery, Hygiene, Hunger, and Fun. All others are included within the four motives. (For example: Bladder is covered by Hygiene and Sleep is covered by Recovery.)
Either way, The Sims 3 looks to be a very good created game. I just hope that they keep male pregnancy, because I love getting them knocked up at times. Whenever I feel tired of finding a woman to have kids so I could keep playing the family line.
