The water from the Spirit Oasis in the North Pole has magical properties. They have been known to heal people, but is using this water a double-edged sword? Do bad things come from using it? Many people speculate what would happen if people like Zuko and Toph were "healed", but what would that result in. And lastly, what does it really mean to be "cured"? Discuss.

I think it wouldn't have any side effects. It would heal them just like it brought Aang back to life.

It brought Aang back to life...and that's all it's done. I think that's all there is to it. So, yeah, I think it's good.

But think about it: there could be powers to the water that are unknown. What if it gives someone like Azula or Ozai too much power or make Toph have visions of things the mortal eye should never see. Think about it.

I don't think it's going to happen...I think it was just a plot device...we probably won't be seeing any more of it.

Well this is a really interesting question. I think it may have some side effects for spirits in the spirit world. May be something to defeat Koh or something in the water. It may heal in the mortal world, but in the spirit world it may hurt.

But what about for humans? You know what they say in physics: Every action has an equal and opposite REaction.
