Just finished watching this movie for the time; got say, this is without a doubt the greatest 'cult' film I've seen yet. it was so strange, which made it very intriguing and great to watch. The whole concept and premise of the movie sounds very odd when you first hear about it, but after seeing it you just understand it and see the beauty it holds. The ending of the film was so great, imo...everything seemed to be so tragic, but that one glance between two characters in the end almost gave you chills, in a very good and very bad way. Definitely one of the more interesting films I've experienced. I think I'll watch it again tomorrow. xDD
What did everyone else think?

Well, I haven't seen it yet, but I do plan to. My friend was at my house a few weekends ago and he told me about it. It definitely sounds like something I'd like to watch. He was so obssessed with it he made his myspace profile based off of it XD.

I saw it yesterday on the Sundance channel and OOH MY GOSH. This movie was awesome. It really is one of those films that make you think about life and put it into perspective. I've talked to people who hated the ending, but I personally loved the ending, it was almost as if it was meant to happen anyway. I would've killed Frank too lol.

The ending was one of the best parts, imo. That look between Gretchen and Donnie's mom was just so...wow. xD Did you see the normal version or Director's cut?

I think the regular version..what are some scenes in the director's cut? If I'm not mistaken, it just has the edited in scenes of the Philosophy of Time Travel. The writer for the film wrote the book to make the movie make more sense, but the final version ended up not using it. Basically, you see passages from the book on the screen every once in a while the help explain what's actually going on in the film.
