Alright, it's about time we take on another staff member. (Maime will most likely be replaced due to inactivity) The recommended guidelines are as follows, but who you nominate can be anyone you think worthy of the position:
-300 posts or more
-50 or more karma
-No Warnings (required)
-Active poster (at least once a week)
Bear in mind, at this point most of these are just guidelines and the person you nominate doesn't have to fill every requirement.
"But who should I nominate?"
Well, people that actively post, are kind and considerate, might have experience with modding a forum, and those who obviously don't break the rules are great candidates.
Also, nominations are just suggestions. If you're nominated, that doesn't automatically grant you the position. Voting will take place with the nominees after, but the final decision will be left to the current staff members. If you are nominated and do not wish to be staff, please say so in this thread.
"Well what does the position entail?"
You will be a moderator of the forums. This means enforcing rules, cleaning up spam threads, keeping things on topic, locking and moving threads if need be, and other duties a staff member might have.
