Vincent shrugged and took a ravenous bite of meat followed by a hard swallow. "I'm not sure what Yachi could be planning," the man said as he chased down the meat with a bit of bread, "but I don't like his motives. If he dares lay a finger on any of one, I'll be sure to rip him to shreds." An evil smirk crossed the Turk's face and he leaned back in his chair.
After a moment of silence, he continued. "We should prepare ourselves in case he and his gang come back," Vincent muttered as he let out a sigh. The man turned his head over to his love and he slowly put his hand in hers. The young woman appeared to be deep in thought making him ever curious of what she was thinking of. "Miyo, my love, what's wrong? Is there something bothering you?"

"It was about the dream that I was going to tell you about when we were in the forest." Miyo replied sighing a little. "In my dream, I remember being in the forest alone and seeing a butterfly I've never seen in my life. I followed it and it led me to a waterfall."
"Riyona's waterfall?" Jiro asked cutting in. "There's a story about somewhere deep in the forest there's a waterfall where Riyona's heart is. With the clan, I've been through the forest but we never saw any waterfall."
"I haven't been deep in the forest but there's so much of it, who really knows if the waterfall really exist?" Miyo said with a small shrug. "Anyway, in my dream, the weather was perfect and I placed my hands in the cool water. I remember saying that Vincent and Kohana would love it here. Then suddenly I felt a presence near me so when I turned around shadows quickly came up to me and I don't know... they crowded around me but then I woke up."
"Were the shadows attacking you?" Kohana asked playing with her food. "What were they doing?"
Miyo looked up to the sky looking for answers then looked down at her food. "I don't know but whatever they are, they didn't look anything good. Every time something happen, like Arnia at the shrine, and today a shadow would disappear in my mind like they were testing me. I don't know what they could be but there's one more left. The thing is.... my dream didn't seem to be finished when I woke up; almost as if it would continue again."
"Well maybe those shadows are tests or they symbolize something that are happening now and will lead up to something else." Jiro said finishing up his food. "I'm done with this place, everybody ready to go?"

Vincent let out a sigh as he hung in head in thought. "A dream about a waterfall, huh?" the man said in an inaudible whisper. He placed a hand under his chin and was silent for a moment. "I wonder what Miyo's dream could mean."
As the Turk lifted his head and looked over at Jiro, he simply shrugged. "I'm ready whenever all of you are ready," Vincent said as he shifted his eyes over to his love. "Miyo? Are you ready to go? Or do you need some more time to eat?"

Miyo looked at Vincent and smiled. "I'm done. We need to get back so I can start those orders too." she said getting up looking at the two teenagers. "Are you two going to stay here a bit more?"
"It's all up to Kikyo." Jiro said. "I promise her that I show her around here and that's what I did."
"I'll stay here a bit with Jiro." Kikyo said blushing a bit. "Since I did miss out on the festival the other day."
"Ok, well we'll be home. I'll make dinner too." Miyo replied. "Come back safe ok?"

A sly smirk crossed the man's face as he folded his arms and looked upon the two teenagers. "Have fun," the Turk said as he let out a small laugh. "And try not to get into any trouble, Jiro. I don't want to have to watch over you like a little kid or have to come back here to rescue you. Kikyo, keep an eye on him, alright?" Vincent looked toward Miyo and offered her a broad smile. "Shall we get going then?" he said as he took the young woman's hand and brought it to his face to kiss it. "Do you have anything else you want to do in town before we go?" And so begins, the new posts!

Miyo blushed a little and checked everything. "Nope I'm all good!"
After a while, the three made it back home in one piece. "Ah it finally feels good to be home isn't it?" Miyo said taking in a deep breath while looking at the paper she wrote everything on. "I guess I should go start on those orders."
"Vincent!! Can you come with me?" Kohana said looking up to him. She grabbed his hand and pulled him toward her room. "You can put my rings with the other ones!!"

The Turk smiled and followed the young girl to her room. "Of course, Kohana," Vincent said with a short laugh. "You need to add these into your collection!" As the two walked into the bedroom, the man felt about for the two rings lying in his pocket. Suddenly, his eyes widened and he carefully pulled out the necklace he had also purchased for Miyo. The jewelry glistened as he held it up in the brilliant sunlight that flooded the room, and its reflection danced and swayed in his matching red eyes.
"Think she'll like it?" Vincent said softly as he showed it to Kohana. His smile widened as stared into the necklace and shifted his eyes back to the girl. "Miyo definitely deserves this, doesn't she?"

"Of course!" Kohana said looking at the necklace in Vincent's hand. "My sister doesn't really think about herself sometimes and is always worried about me and stuff. I'm glad she has someone like you cause it looks like she's more happy now."
Meanwhile, Miyo was in the garden grabbing vegetables and herbs for the customers she talked to earlier. She placed them in a basket and then walked to the pond, near the gazebo, and took a seat. "Well I guess I'll start on dinner soon." the young woman said out loud, taking out the flower Vincent gave her ((yes, this flower lasts pretty long without water XDD)). "What a week it's been. So much has happened in so little time. Can I be ready for what else may come?"
The woman walked to the gazebo and took a seat. After a while, Miyo was asleep, falling deeper and deeper into her dreams....
The air still crisp and the sky still bright, the waterfall continued to flow its pure water and Miyo looked around quickly realizing where she was. "This place again!" she thought. "I'm back at the waterfall like I did before." Miyo looked up and felt threatened again by the three shadows over her. The first one vanished as with the second one, and the third one she noticed how it suddenly became distant from her. The shadow's features becomes vivid, showing colors of grey and purple. "Wait... I know where those colors come from." she thought, feeling slightly confused. She closed her eyes and touched the side of her face saying, "The colors on the shadow, it's from someone.... or something..."
As Miyo opened her eyes again, the butterfly appeared to her again. It fluttered toward her and then moved behind the young woman, forcing her to turn around. Her eyes widened as she saw that it wasn't the rare butterfly but a man with blond hair and blue eyes. The man gave her a small nod and walked to the waterfall. She watched him pass her and asked, "Who are you? Where is the butterfly?"
The young man turned around giving her a meaningful stare before turning around and continuing to walk toward the waterfall again. She reluctantly followed, taking in a deep breath....
Opening her eyes, Miyo looked around feeling a little disoriented and got up from laying on the soft grass. "That dream again... it was more of it." she said to herself. "I better need to go inside and get my thoughts together..."
Miyo got on her knees and pushed herself up from the ground. She thought about her dream again, wondering what it could mean. As she turned away a small wind blew and she suddenly watched a leaf until it reached its finally destination, landing on top of the water. Miyo looked down, with a smile, and noticed that it wasn't her reflection but the young man's from her dream which made her quickly gasp as her eyes widened.

"Hi," the young man said, with a smirk on his face. "I'm Tidus. I came to pick up an order for my boss, under the name Kiba. " The blonde boy looked like he was about the same age as Miyo, which was uncommon in Riyona. Miyo hadn't seen anyone her own age in a very long time. The boy's hair was spiky, yet looked soft to the touch. He had piercing blue eyes, which caused a fountain of emotion from most woman he encountered. His shirt was open in the front, exposing his abs. His skin tone was very copper, which seemed uncommon to a person existing in a place such as Riyona. One of his shirt arms was longer than the other, along with a pants leg, exposing his athletic muscles. magicfantasy.info/hpbimg/Tidus%202.jpgTidus noticed the woman continued to stare at him, relentlessly. She seemed to be both frightened and in awe at the same time. Tidus showed a big grin, exposing his pearl teeth. He held out a hand, as if to aide Miyo in her trek from the soft grass to an upright position, then asked "Is something the matter?", never letting the smile leave his face.

"He looks exactly like the guy in my dream!!" Miyo thought, feeling her forehead. "Was he one of the shadows? I have to play it cool."
"Sorry about that. I was just... um.....Tidus was your name right?" Miyo said snapping back to reality. She looked down and reached for the list in her basket and looked at it. "What did the order consist of? I think I have everything here for you."

"Yep, that's my name.", Tidus said has he continued to smile, "I think the order consisted of some apples, carrots, tomatoes, and some sunflower seeds." Tidus began to pace slowly around the garden, kneeling down at one point to get a whiff of the fresh blooming flowers. "These smell better than any of the ones on Spira," Tidus though to himself, "Maybe I could pick some for Yuna, that is if I ever see her again."
The smile left Tidus' face as the memories of the summoner flooded back into his head. He felt the tears well up inside him, ready to burst out. His knees felt weak and it seemed as though he couldn't hold himself up, until his thoughts became rational again. "I did it for the world, for Spira, for her...." Tidus managed think, convincing himself. "She can be happy now. She can live on, and carry the feelings and memories for both of us..." Tidus let out a soft whistle, as if Yuna could return the sweet sound. He quickly stopped the noise that was coming from his purse lips, wondering if the girl in the garden had noticed. Tidus hadn't had one of those powerful feelings of sorrow and desire for Yuna in a long time...

Vincent smiled as he pulled out Kohana's two new rings and continued to watch the glistening necklace dangling from his grasp. The Turk peered out of the young girl's window and eyed the man gazing at the bed of flowers before him. "Who is that?" he said to himself as he tilted his head. The man tenderly put Miyo's necklace back into his pocket and looked over to the girl marveling at her collection of rings.
"Kohana, do you know who that guy is?" Vincent said as he pointed over to Tidus. The Turk took a step toward the window and intently watched his every move. "Have you seen him before?"

Kohana curiously looked at Vincent then walked to him. "I have no idea what or who you're talking about." she said finally looking out the window seeing Miyo getting some vegetables and a guy about Miyo's age in thought. "Oh. I don't know who that person is. I've never seen him before."
Meanwhile, as Miyo gathered the items that Tidus asked for she notice him in great thought about something. "Are you from here?" Miyo asked. She felt a rather strong wind pick up and looked at the trees move with the wind. She grabbed her basket and went to Tidus giving him what he needed. "I think this is everything. I remember the name Kiba at the market and they paid in advance."

Tidus leaned back, putting his hands behind his head and said, "Yeah, I heard we got a real bargain." He showed his bright grin once again and finally let out, "Actually, no, I'm not from here; not by a long shot." Tidus frowned again and said, "But, that's nothing you need to worry about. Anyway, I best be on my way back then." Tidus bowed to Miyo and picked up the basket that was filled with the order and turned with intent to walk back down the stone path, into the town square. He had taken only a few stepped when he paused and smelled something in the air. What is that?

Vincent watched Tidus and Miyo, he crossed his arms and let out a sigh. "Well, whoever he is, I don't like him," the Turk said softly as he looked over to Kohana and a broad smile crossed his face. The man walked over to the young girl and placed a light kiss on top of her head like a loving father greeting his daughter. "I'll be back in a little while; I'm going to check on Miyo. Be good, alright Kohana?"
As the man stepped out of the house, he took a whiff of the spring air, but he instantly wrinkled his nose. "What is that?" he said softly as he looked around. While Vincent made his way over to Miyo and the mysterious young man, the smell became stronger and the air thickened, making it difficult to breathe. After a moment, he stood next to his beloved and slipped an arm around her waist. His eyes thinned as they locked onto Tidus, and he raised a brow. "Miyo? Who is this?"

"This is Tidus, Tidus this is Vincent." Miyo said as she gave a small cough. "He was here to pick up some things."
"But who is this person that looks exactly like the one from my dream.?" She thought as her eyes suddenly became heavy and she felt a little light-headed. She touched her forehead and her cheeks as the smoke and dust started to build up. . "It's not coincidence that I have a dream about Tidus then wake up to see him right in front of me! I can't let Tidus just leave again. I need to know if he knows anything... or what's going on. "

Tidus glanced at both of them, intent on leaving the house and returning to his job. He had to make some money to keep his apartment that he had obtained when he arrived in Riyona. He still wasn't sure exactly what happened, but he didn't feel like clouding his mind with those same old thoughts again. He smelled that awful scent again. He decided to bring it up. "Pardon me, but do you smell that?"

The man looked about the area to find the source of the scent, but his eyes failed to scan anything. "I do," Vincent said in reply as he brought Miyo closer to him. The Turk shifted his eyes over to Tidus and gave him a nod. "I have a feeling that whatever is causing this odor is toxic and probably isn't safe for human lungs. We better go indoors or find a place to stay for the time being."

Tidus nodded in agreement with Vincent and picked up his basket, which he had sat on the ground when Vincent first arrived. "Well, I best be on my way back into town. I'll probably just stay in Kiba's shop until the air is clear again. Thanks again for the items.", Tidus said as turned around to walk away.
Miyo bit her bottom lip, before finally saying, "Wait!"
Tidus stopped in his tracks and turned in place, curious about what Miyo had to stay.
Miyo couldn't have Tidus leaving, at least without finding out what the dream meant. She smiled and suggested, "Please, why don't you stay here with us until whatever it is passes? I'm sure Kiba will understand and we don't want you out there if the air gets worse."
"Well, I'll be happy to stay here for a while.", Tidus said, unaware of Miyo's intentions to find out more about him and why he was in her dream, "As long as you don't mind, that is."
Both Tidus and Miyo turned to Vincet for an answer.

The Turk slowly blinked and crossed his arms. He wasn't too comfortable with a stranger staying with him and his family, but it was only a few days ago that Vincent was also a stranger in Miyo's home. He clicked his tongue and came to a reluctant decision. "Alright," the man answered letting out a sigh. "It's best that you do stay with us until this foul air settles. Come on, let's go inside..."
